Simon Harris has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Training initially in classic cuisine, he has moved with the times to create a modern cookery style blending classical  English cooking with influences and flavours from around the world.
He has worked in 3* Michelin restaurants in France, country houses in England and has headed a young dynamic brigade before branching out into his own company.
His hands-on approach at Harris Catering leads to a consistency in quality we feel would not be achievable otherwise.
     
   

Gill Harris has worked in both the hospitality and travel industry. She has many years experience in the organisation of events, from small business meetings to major functions.
